Hello Pangaeans!
It's been a busy week and a lot is happening! So let's get down to business, shall we? And no, I don't mean to defeat the Huns. To start with, I had to push version 0.4 work on more promising work. The Legend of Pangaea is now able to be played on Linux systems! It's very experimental for me since I don't really have Linux experience. Just means I need to load up a secondary OS with Linux in the future if I want to troubleshoot it. I support the idea the Linux and the reason it exists, I just have no experience with it is all. I'm too used to Windows like the majority of humans out there. It's already updated on the site and my itch.io page. I just hope it works like it does for Mac and Windows. I'm also currently working on getting the mobile version started now that I know I need to downscale a few things. I can't do that to everything, but I'm looking into how to do that so Android/iOS players can enjoy the game with as little lag as possible. I'm not releasing it to the stores anytime soon. As a reminder, the mobile version of the Demo will only be the finalized version. I don't know when that will be, but it's gonna happen. As for The Adventurer's Journal? It will soon be out of hiatus. My friend agreed to help me out and has been wanting to get back to FFXI for some time as it is. I'm hoping to get back to writing before the end of next week. I'll be working on it some more after the Linux thing is taken care of. Can't tell you how glad I'll be to get back to writing this! So what about my other writing projects? Still in the planning stages. As much as I want to do Final Fantasy XIV, if there's no 1.0 to go back to, it's not worth it. I'm sticking with Star Wars: The Old Republic and have decided to be classic Empire jobs = evil and Republic jobs = good. I've got most of the races and sexes chosen. As for the romantic aspect, I'm still working on that since some have multiple options. This isn't high on my to-do list, however. Need to get the other stuff squared away first. So yeah. Been busy! All thanks to you great people! I can't tell you how great it is to be able to do this and how much I love you all for your support!
