Sorry for being two days late. Been extra busy with work and school. It's been nutso!
As some of you already know, I decided to take a gamble and return The Legend of Pangaea to Mac OS X players. I gave the game another QA run to be sure nothing was overlooked. There was a very minor hiccup in regards to a save point, but nothing that was worth bothering to fix on the spot. Everything else looked good so I compiled a Game.app for it. I COULD have named it, but until I get my own Mac OS X 10.10 or higher, I don't think it's wise to fiddle with the compilation side of things just yet.
I'm holding off Demo 0.4 construction for two reasons:
1) Because I had to reset ALL my battle work back to nothing, I need to make sure the stuff I backed up still works. Otherwise I really will have to start over from the beginning.
2) The various artists and musicians who freelance or contract for RPG Maker MV put out some sweet new stuff I want to experiment with, but it costs money to do so. I have to save my cash since I need to pay off my debts first.
I'll still be all kinds of busy this week trying to get my old data fixed anyway so it's not like I'm in a big rush. Besides, even if I was, rushed projects are how half-assed games are created. I have every intention of making it a series, but I'll be damned if I put the dollar ahead of my creativity. If I'm gonna do the job, I'm gonna do the job right, not fast. If by some miracle demand for the game picks up, I might be motivated to work a bit harder on it, but until then the pace I have is pretty good.
I know some of the people here aren't for The Legend of Pangaea, but want to see the return of The Adventurer's Journal. Now that I have a steady income again, I plan to get it back up and running by June. Yes, I know it's a long time from now, but again, I have debts to pay and the pay is bi-monthly. It's also a contract gig so I need to save money. All according to plan, however!
Thanks for everyone's support! It sucks having to do this solo, but you all are what keeps me pushing forward!
